Fit Focused Ready - 60-Day Fitness Foundation.
Build the Foundation or Face the Struggle. There’s no middle ground. Without a solid foundation, you’re stuck in an endless uphill battle, always wondering why it feels so hard.
(The truth? Fitness and weight loss aren’t hard at all—you were just given the wrong advice.) I can fix that.
It’s like walking barefoot over jagged rocks—agonizing and painful with every step. But with the right shoes? The pain vanishes, and you can walk with ease. That’s what a strong fitness foundation can do for you.
With the right foundation, you remove the confusion around diet and exercise. Everything becomes so simple and doable, it fits seamlessly into your life. No headaches over finding time, because it doesn’t require much. No stress over diet, because the approach is so straightforward, there’s nothing to overthink.
Just 1-on-1 Coaching: 1-3 sessions a week (depending on you) for 60 days. (Why only 60 days?) Because this isn’t just personal training—it’s coaching paired with personal training to build a rock-solid foundation. I teach you what to do, how to do it, and, most importantly, how to keep your mind in the game. It’s so simple and effective, you’ll never need a trainer again.
No guesswork. No half-measures. Just a system that works. Lose as little or as much weight as you want. Want to build strength? Decide how strong you want to be. This is YOUR foundation, like a gas pedal on a car—the more you press, the faster and more incredible the results. After 60 days, you’ll have the car, keys, and map to go wherever you want. That’s the power of a fitness foundation.
You’re in control. No calorie counting. No gym required.

The Foundation for Fitness and Weight Loss
Why Building a Fitness Foundation Is so Life-Changing
Building a fitness foundation is often misunderstood. Many think it's boring, low-skill, or unexciting. But in reality, it’s anything but. A true fitness foundation is challenging, energizing, and often the key factor in whether someone stays fit for life.
To build a fitness foundation, you have to simplify it: Push, Pull, Move. That's it. By focusing on these core movements, you can build incredible strength and endurance. We eliminate the confusion of "how to start" and replace it with straightforward action. It’s simple: choose one—run/walk, push-ups, or pull-ups. If you have more time, do all three. If you're short on time, just do one for five minutes. keep it easy to start but incredibly effective.
The goal is to make it so simple that anyone can do it, no matter their experience level, while still making it extremely effective. This simplicity shifts the focus to where it truly matters: the mental game. This is the "you versus you." "Do I or don’t I?" It’s about how you frame this conversation in your mind. Are you the hero or the procrastinator? It will always be easy to say, "Not today, maybe tomorrow." But when you switch that thinking to, "I am that person who steps up and gets it done when no one is watching. I am the person I think I am," you build inner strength. So when it’s time to do those push-ups, you can tell yourself—I am that person.
Forget about the fitness aspect for a moment—it’s minor compared to what a strong mind can do once it's free from confusion. This is where you learn to test yourself: "Yesterday, I did one push-up; today, I WILL do two. Last week, I ran a mile; today, I’m going for two." It’s all mental. We take away the confusion and bring it back to you, building the foundation of strength—both body and mind.
Once you have that foundation, you’re no longer just getting fit—you’re discovering what you’re capable of. From there, you can go in any direction you choose. You’ll build your identity, and you'll learn to love the effort. That’s why building a foundation matters.

My journey began in 2009 with a bar bet that flipped my life upside down. At 25, I was out of shape, smoking too many cigarettes, living off junk food, and binge drinking like it was a job. Then, one night, a friend challenged me to a sprint triathlon, and in a moment of recklessness, I accepted. That challenge led me down a path I never expected—a path that transformed me from an unhealthy lifestyle into an Ironman Triathlete and a 100-mile ultrarunner.
Along this journey, I noticed three key things:
1. "It's the ones who could win the battle of the mind, those are the ones who could go the distance." This is what we call mental strength—AKA, the mental game. It’s often the deciding factor in fitness success. Have it, and you’ll go far. Without it, you’ll struggle.
2. If you strengthen both the body and the mind, you’ll go farther than you ever imagined.
3. Simplify everything! Confusion is a killer of progress. With a clear foundation, you’ll rise to the challenge and answer the call to adventure.
Strengthen the body, strengthen the mind, build the foundation. This is the backbone of Fit Focused Ready. It’s designed to remove confusion, create direction, and build both physical and mental strength. From there, you’re set loose to chase your dreams and take on adventure—armed with a real foundation that will get you there.
In 2021, I turned Fit Focused Ready into a reality—a program designed to show people they are capable of so much more than they realize. If you're willing to challenge yourself and test your limits, a world of adventure awaits. There are no limits. So, the question is—what's your adventure?
