This is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. It’s 100% coaching designed to help you take action and achieve results. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Initial Call (Zoom):
We’ll start by identifying your goal. I need to know what you want—think BIG picture. And just as importantly, I’ll ask why you believe you’re not there yet. This part is key.
From there, we’ll dive into flipping the script on your brain—this is where the real work (and fun) begins.
2. Weekly Check-Ins (Email & Zoom):
Every week, you’ll send me a short email outlining what’s going on in your head when things get tough—when the work feels hard, when you’re tempted to break a diet, or when you feel like giving up.
On our Zoom call, we’ll break it all down, figure out what’s not working, and fix it so you can move forward stronger.
3. No Daily Check-Ins (Text):
This program is about building self-accountability. At the end of the day, you have to fight this battle, and I’m here to show you how to win it. I let the fight happen so you can learn to conquer it on your own terms.
At the end of the day, the focus is simple: recognize and win the internal battle. When you master that, everything else falls into place.

My journey began in 2009 with a single decision that changed everything. At 25, I was out of shape, smoking too many cigarettes, living off junk food, and binge drinking like it was a full-time job. Then, one night, a friend challenged me to a sprint triathlon. In a moment of recklessness, I said yes.
That one reckless "yes" led me down a path I never expected—a path that transformed the way I thought, acted, and approached challenges. Along the way, I discovered a truth that became the foundation of everything I teach today:
"It's the ones who could win the battle of the mind, those are the ones who could go the distance."
This truth—this mental game—is the ultimate deciding factor. It’s not about physical ability or circumstance. It’s about how you face the internal battle when things get tough. If you can master that fight, you can achieve things you never thought possible.
Through this journey, I realized three key lessons:
- The mind is the ultimate battleground. Every success starts and ends with the fight happening in your head.
- When you strengthen the mind, the body follows. Mastering the mental game unlocks the ability to go farther than you ever imagined, not just in fitness but in every aspect of life.
- Simplify to amplify. Overcomplication kills progress. With clarity and direction, you can face any challenge.
